Manchester United versus Brighton – Premier League Live Coverage

Match Preview

Manchester United, coming off victories against Liverpool and Sunderland, aim for three consecutive successes on the bounce tonight. The wind’s behind them under Ruben Amorim currently!

Only problem is, their visitors tonight are the Seagulls, with victories during three consecutive away games at Manchester United’s home, and six of the last seven League meetings between the clubs.

Despite United’s form; it’s been straightforward very comfortable. Having said all that, Brighton themselves remain consistently inconsistent as their hosts, therefore the fixture appears both fascinating and potentially highly entertaining.

Kick-off is at 17:30 BST a final reminder for now with daylight saving ending, everyone. It’s on!

Selection Changes

Man Utd have made two adjustments after the Anfield triumph at Anfield last weekend. Šeško is selected replacing Mount, who drops to the bench, while last week’s win-securing hero Maguire misses out completely, Yoro replaces him at the back.

An issue arose this week in practice. Malacia makes the squad among the substitutes this campaign.

The Seagulls opted for one alteration following victory at home over Newcastle. It’s ostensibly a defensive one, bringing in De Cuyper for Diego Gómez, on the bench.

Welbeck, ex-United player that lifted the title back in 2013, comes back to Manchester on a hot streak of four goals in three games, exceeding his tally over his last 15 matches.

Build-Up

The manager pays little heed regarding comments from Liverpool’s boss … but Danny Welbeck is highly concerned with the thought processes by the former Chelsea manager.

It is widely discussed this encounter might affect their campaigns as the Premier League campaign progresses.

Ones to watch feature the captain from the hosts and the Brighton forward in blue and white, each performing well in recent weeks.
